About Me

My name is Sean Perkey. I'm a 35 year old resident of Sacramento Ca and I just recently decided that I can no longer go on weighing over 500 lbs if I want to live a fulfilling life.
Over the next 12 to 18 months I plan to lose anywhere from 250 to 300 lbs through a carefully planned diet and exercise plan in an effort to reverse the damage I have done to my health and to make my life the most fulfilling it can be!
I plan to keep a daily record of my progress here on this blog and I hope that you will join me and add your own insights and perosnal stories. Feel free to ask questions. I will answer them to the best of my ability.
